What types of computer products and parts do you sell?
We stock CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, SSDs/HDDs, power supplies, PC cases, cooling solutions, peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets), monitors, cables, adapters, and accessories suitable for gaming, creative, and business builds.
How do I check part compatibility for my build?
Review socket/chipset support for CPU–motherboard, motherboard form factor vs. case size, RAM type/speed, GPU length and PSU wattage. If you’re unsure, email info@cybergears.store with your current parts list and we’ll verify.
Do you offer warranties on parts?
Yes. All new parts include the manufacturer’s warranty; duration varies by brand and component. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. We’ll help coordinate warranty claims when needed.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all accessories and serial labels intact.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes: opened software/activation codes, custom-built PCs, clearance/final-sale items, and peripherals with hygiene or personalization considerations. See our full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective (DOA)?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cybergears.store with your order number, description, and photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund after verification.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns that meet eligibility, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Do you sell refurbished or open-box parts?
When available, refurbished/open-box items are clearly labeled with condition and warranty info on the product page. Return eligibility may differ; check the product page before purchasing.
Can you help me pick parts or build a PC?
Absolutely. Email your budget, use case (gaming title/resolution, editing workload, etc.), and any preferred brands to info@cybergears.store. We’ll recommend a balanced, compatible parts list from CyberGears PCs.
