At CyberGears PCs, we take pride in providing top-quality computer products and parts. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines your options for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return. Certain items, such as custom-built PCs or software licenses, are non-returnable due to their personalized or digital nature.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cybergears.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and a return authorization if approved. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@cybergears.store with photos and details. We will verify the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no extra cost. Please report any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving the product to ensure prompt resolution.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, a new order will need to be placed once your return is processed.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it will fall under our return policy once delivered. To request a cancellation, email us at info@cybergears.store as soon as possible with your order details.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety or licensing reasons, including:

  • Opened software or activation codes
  • Custom-built computers
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Peripherals with hygiene considerations (e.g., headsets, keyboards with personal customization)
